GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped using FedEx Priority Overnight service. Tuesday-Friday $40, Saturday $50.
Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the next shipping day.
Priority shipping usually guarantees the package by 10:30AM-12:00PM depending on location.
FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes
We do not ship internationally
To ensure delivery on desired date, please place your order before 12PM EST 24-48 hours in advance.
All cakes are shipped frozen with dry ice
Same day, local (Manhattan) delivery is available by using one of our courier partners
Shipping is not available on any of the following holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Easter; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Friday after Thanksgiving; President’s Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Christmas Day
How Will I Know if My Order Shipped and When it Will Arrive?
We will send a confirmation with tracking information to the email address you provided with your order once the order has processed for shipment, generally the same day as shipment. Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you where you will be able to track the shipment and delivery date.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder and add info@eileenscheesecake.com to your safe senders list.
Waiver of Signature
It is best if orders are shipped to an address where someone can sign for the delivery. It is at the sole discretion of FedEx whether or not your package will be left without a signature. If signature is waived, Eileen’s Cheesecake cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.
