SHIPPING is included in our handling price for all cakes sent anywhere in the U.S.

Your satisfaction with your purchase is of utmost importance to us. We want you to be very happy with your purchases and want you to think about Eileen's Special Cheesecake for future purchases and services we offer. 


We do not offer returns. 

Please check the contents of your order, any missing items must be reported to Eileen's Special Cheesecake within 1 day of receiving your package. **Missing items do not include backordered items and applies to orders that were completely filled.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return/exchange shipments. It is recommended that orders be insured and a signature is required for proof of delivery.

We cannot change orders that have already been shipped. We will work with you to add and ship additional items in an expedited manner as soon as possible.

EXCLUDED CANCELLATION POLICY: Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once the order is shipped, please refer to our return policy;
