Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern on Thursday will be shipped out the following Monday, unless Saturday Priority Delivery is selected.
FedEx shipping usually guarantees the package by 10:30AM. For FedEx Next Day, please make appropriate selection at checkout.
Priority overnight service is an additional $40 Tuesday-Friday, Saturday delivery is $50.
No Signature needed. All packages will be left at door if no one is there to receive (it is best to order when someone will be able to bring package inside in a timely manner).

How Will I Know if My Order Shipped and When it Will Arrive?
We will send a confirmation with tracking information to the email address you provided with your order once the order has processed for shipment, generally the same day as shipment. Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you where you will be able to track the shipment and delivery date.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder and add info@eileenscheesecake.com to your safe senders list.
Waiver of Signature
It is best if orders are shipped to an address where someone can sign for the delivery. It is at the sole discretion of FedEx whether or not your package will be left without a signature. If signature is waived, Eileen’s Cheesecake cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.
